About Us Arenas del Mar is a venture developed with the idea of building a luxurious beach resort and sustainabletourism hotel based on the experiences and knowledge acquired from more than 50 years of combined experience in tourism. The principal directors and administrators are: Glenn Jampol Carlos Roesch Francisco Rojas, MBA Hans Pfister and Andrea Bonilla Paul Lesniak Mission Statement: ADM recognizes that the culture, environment and economy of the local community is fragile, requiring a sustained commitment from us to ensure that we have a lasting positive effect. ADM will sustain the community of Manuel Antonio and Quepos by providing income, education, positive cultural exchanges and the financial incentive to protect the natural environment while offering a quality experience to our guests. We will educate our guests about sustainable tourism with the hope that they will seek out other like experiences and thus further the proliferation of more sustainable hotels with similar vision. Vision: ADM is committed to encouraging, promoting and supporting sustainable practices and environmental consciousness while offering excellent service and the highest quality of service in the hospitality industry. Goals: Arenas Del Mar was built with the goal of creating an ecological haven and a sustainable tourism destination in a high-quality, esthetic environment for visitors who come to experience the biodiversity of Costa Rica. Arenas Del Mar will be a leader in sustainable tourism, proving that deluxe accommodations and excellent service are compatible with sustainable development. It is our goal to be a global example of biological, architectural, educational and social responsibility that both enhances tourists’ experiences and develops their social and environmental conscience.
