Bamboo Straws

In an effort to maintain high sustainability standards, El Mirador and Playitas restaurants use primarily locally-grown fresh fruits in its cocktails. Even the straws are made from local (and compostable!) bamboo stalks, thereby allowing us to reduce the amount of non-recyclable waste that we produce on property.
