Guest Chef Biographies

Culinary Events and Guest Chefs in Manuel Antonio

The great success of last year’s guest chef events at Arenas del Mar with hundreds of satisfied guest and excellent feedback on the culinary skills of chefs such as Jason Cichonski (Ela, Philadelphia), Chip Roman (Blackfish, Conshohocken, PA) and Jen Carroll (previously Le Bernardin in NYC and Bravo’s Top Chef program) led us to further expand the program in 2014.

The 2014 event dates, tasting menu pricing details and chef bios for the culinary events can be found below. Besides the dining experiences and a wide array of culinary activities such as visits to a vanilla and spice farm, expert cooking classes, organic wine and local rum tasting, there are many nature activities offered in and around our resort. If you plan to come during one of our culinary weeks, take a look at our green season values that could provide you up to three free nights per stay.

If you are interested in finding out more about this event, send us a note to reservations@arenasdelmar.com or contact the program director Jeremy Allen directly at allenallen@aol.com. We look forward to having you stay with us during one of our culinary event weeks this year.
