5 RAINY DAY ACTIVITIES AT ARENAS DEL MAR
There are many perks to visiting Manuel Antonio during green season, but sometimes the rain may put a damper on your plans. Generally during rainy season, you will see rain in the evening or afternoon, but sometimes it may ruin a beach day. But don’t worry! There are plenty of rainy day activities to keep you busy in Costa Rica.
Dive into our Costa Rican culture and learn how to make our classic tortillas. This tour is hosted on our property and is fun for all ages. Not only will you remember this tour, but you can also take the recipe home to enjoy over and over again!
With so many activities to partake in while visiting Arenas del Mar and Manuel Antonio, ordering in and enjoying your luxury suite could be exactly what you need to re-charge! We’ll bring lunch to your room, with a large selection of sandwiches, salads, Costa Rican favorites and gluten-free items. Sit on the balcony watching the monkeys, or enjoy the hot tub with one of our signature cocktails!
What a better time to check out La Brisas Wellness Center! While the rain falls, indulge in a massage, facial or other relaxation treatment. You won’t even miss the clear skies!
When you experience Costa Rican heat and humidity, you may actually prefer an adventure in the rain! Try a whitewater rafting tour since you’ll be getting wet anyway, or get extra muddy on an ATV adventure. Most excursions can be done in the rain, so it’s up to you to decide. No matter the weather, these tours will be sure to give you memories that last a life time!
We have daily activities with our staff at the hotel as well. Learn how to salsa dance or take a Spanish lesson. We love emerging our guests in our culture, so take some time to get to know us!
